For us, at LAK Tented Camp, food is an essential part of the Eco-Resort concept . This food must be healthy, natural and local. So we chose first to plant a whole panel of fruit trees and second to grow our own organic garden. Today with Vietnamese conventional seeds, tomorrow with peasant seeds from different origins, adapted to the local climate in order to select the best varieties of vegetables to integrate to your menus. We make a point of using a maximum of vegetables from our garden in the kitchen, maximal freshness guaranteed!
We also offer you to visit, learn, smell, touch, taste all these herbs and vegetables for a journey into the splendour of Vietnam tastes and aromas during a cooking class. You will participate in the preparation ( in addition to the tasting) of the famous grilled duck of Lak,the rice in bamboo and other local specialities.
Our entire team: cooks, gardeners and even the others will be delighted to share with you this trip, from the earth to the plate.
